A soft mix of lettuces picked at the baby stage. Mild, buttery, the kind of greens kids actually eat.

I grow this one for the dinners where you don't want anything competing with the rest of the meal. No bite, no bitterness, just clean leaf flavour. Toss with olive oil and lemon, or use it as the base for everything heavier you're putting on top.

A 1/3 lb bag is two large salads, or a week of side greens for a family of four.

I cut these on Friday. Keep the leaves dry in the fridge, and the bag will stay crisp through the next week.
