REFUND & TERMS OF SERVICE POLICY

HARVEST MEMBERSHIP STORE CREDITS

Purchase & Use:

  • Credits never expire and are reloadable at any time
  • Credits are non-transferable and tied to your account
  • All members receive an automatic 10% discount on the total purchase amount

Refunds:

  • Unused store credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase
  • After 30 days, credits remain valid but are non-refundable
  • To request a refund, email cale@sandyswaymicrofarm.com with your order number

PRODUCT ORDERS

Ordering:

  • Orders must be placed by the weekly deadline (announced in harvest emails)
  • We reserve the right to substitute similar items if specific products are unavailable
  • You will be notified of any substitutions before fulfillment

Pickup & Delivery:

  • Pickup locations and times are specified at checkout
  • Delivery is available in select areas (restrictions apply)
  • Unclaimed orders may be donated after 48 hours

Refunds & Cancellations:

  • Order cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before pickup/delivery
  • Refunds for product issues (spoilage, quality concerns) will be issued as store credit
  • Contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery for product quality issues

GENERAL TERMS

Product Availability:

  • All products are subject to availability based on harvest and seasonal conditions
  • We grow naturally, which means crop yields can vary due to weather and growing conditions
  • Product photos are representative; actual items may vary in size and appearance

Pricing:

  • Prices are subject to change based on market conditions and availability
  • Harvest Membership discounts are applied automatically at checkout
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors

Privacy:

  • We do not sell or share your personal information
  • Email addresses are used only for order confirmations, harvest updates, and farm news
  • You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time

Liability:

  • We take food safety seriously and follow proper handling procedures
  • Consume perishable items promptly and store according to the provided guidelines
  • Sandy's Way Microfarm is not liable for misuse or improper storage of products

Changes to Policy:

  • We reserve the right to update this policy at any time
  • Changes will be posted on our website and communicated via email
  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms
