Crisp cucumbers with thin, tender skin and no bitter aftertaste. You don't have to peel them, and you won't find seeds the size of marbles.

I pick these at the right size, before they turn watery or bitter. A fresh-cut cucumber tastes clean and sweet, the way it's supposed to.

Good for: fresh salads, cucumber water, tzatziki and dips, snacking with salt, quick pickles.

Store in the fridge. Best within the week while the skin is still crisp.
