A bunch of carrots in yellow, white, and orange. Same sweet, crisp flavor as a standard carrot, with color that turns a side dish into something the kids ask about.

I grow these for the table, not the truck. Slice them raw, and you get a plate that looks like it took effort it didn't.

Good for: roasting whole, a raw veggie tray with real color, shredding into slaw, glazed as a side, lunchboxes.

Roots hold well. Store in the fridge with the tops removed, and they stay crisp for weeks.
