Sandy's Mix is the house salad blend — a rotating cut of whatever's at peak in the field that week. Tender leaves, varied textures, more color and flavor than anything in a plastic clamshell at the grocery store. Mixed with Mustards, Baby Lettuce, Chinese Cabbage, Baby Kale, and Arugula.

The mix changes with the season because the field does. What goes in the bag is whatever I would put on my own table that week. That's been the standard since the first seed went in the ground.

Good for: an everyday dinner salad that doesn't need much dressing to be worth eating, a base for grain bowls and roasted vegetables, sandwiches and wraps, feeding a family that actually finishes the bag before it turns.

Keep the leaves dry in the fridge. Don't wash until you're ready to use. Cut the same week it reaches your door.
