Cherry Radishes (Fresh-bunched)

Small, round, peppery radishes pulled fresh. Crisp and sharp raw, sweet and mellow roasted. The kind of bite that wakes up a plate.

I grow these fast and pull them young, before they turn woody or hot. A fresh radish should crunch and taste clean, not bitter.

Good for: sliced thin on buttered bread with salt, salads, roasting until tender, pickling, a peppery crunch on tacos.

Keep the roots in the fridge. If they came with tops, remove them so the radishes stay firm longer.
