Clover is the honey most people grew up on. Light gold, soft on the tongue, clean enough for anything. Drizzle it over warm bread, stir it into tea, spoon it into yogurt, bake with it, or eat it off the spoon.
It will crystallize over time. That's a sign it's real, not a flaw. Set the jar in a bowl of hot water and it returns to liquid.
